Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervising physician or team.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts reliably.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
