- Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
Location
- Wichita, KS
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 10 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the EP Lab focusing on cardiac ablations and pacemaker implantations
- Assist with electrophysiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment including Abbott Ablation and Mapping systems
- Collaborate with a team of techs and physicians to deliver efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR systems (Meditech, Mac Lab)
- Support patient preparation and post-procedure care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care EP RN experience
- Experience with cardiac ablations and implantations
- Valid Kansas RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Abbott Mapping systems
- Prior work in a high-volume cardiac electrophysiology lab
