Job Title

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, 10-hour shifts, 80 hours every two weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in outpatient clinic settings across various departments including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB, and Urgent Care
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and patient education
• Support clinical staff and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Cover multiple clinic locations as needed
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN or LVN license
• Prior outpatient clinic or similar healthcare experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or outpatient clinics
• Flexibility to assist at different clinic sites
• Bilingual skills a plus
