Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
• Interpret ECG/telemetry readings and respond appropriately to dysrhythmias
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (or active temporary MA license) required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required; candidates without Epic experience will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred
• MAB certification preferred
