Job Title

• Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology

• Travel / 13-week assignment, Monday to Friday, Days shift, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Interventional Radiology unit performing procedures such as angiograms, cerebral coiling, biopsies, and EKOS treatments.
• Assist with patient sedation, monitoring, and post-procedure care, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
• Document procedures, patient status, and care provided in the electronic medical record system.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient unit operations.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain licensing prior to start.
• Experience in procedural departments, critical care, emergency room, or with moderate sedation.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Candidates must reside within a 40-minute radius of Portsmouth Regional Hospital.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Skilled with moderate sedation procedures.

Note: Candidate must have RN license prior to submission. This position includes one weekend per month and one on-call night per week.
