Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized patient care in the ICU setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and practices to maintain high standards of care.
• Assist in emergency situations with appropriate clinical interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas or proper licensing to practice in a travel capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and 12.5-hour shifts effectively.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a travel nursing role.
• Familiarity with hospital technology and electronic medical records systems.
