Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to diverse patient populations
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 36 hours guaranteed
• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Ensure productivity standards of 60 visits per week are met
• Obtain prior approval from the director before working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time days shifts
• Strong patient management and treatment planning skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus
