Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy to patients.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure all treatments are approved and supervised according to clinic policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Experience in orthopedic and sports therapy is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience preferred.
• Knowledge of outpatient therapy workflows and documentation standards.
