Location: Roswell, GA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapies to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Float to other clinics within the region to support team coverage.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle follow-up visits, with double-booking expected for efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work days with 8-hour shifts.
• Experience with orthopedic outpatient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and support team needs.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
