Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with exercises and rehabilitation activities to improve mobility.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
• Ensure quality care while maintaining productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage 12-14 patient visits per day, including double-booking follow-up visits as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
