Location: Villa Rica, GA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits and treatment plans.
• Double-book follow-up appointments to optimize patient throughput and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure productivity expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in compliance with clinic standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with efficiency.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols and documentation practices.
