Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions, including exercises and manual therapy.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Float to other clinics within the area as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Productivity of 60 visits per week.
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic treatments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic populations preferred.
• Flexibility to work in neighboring clinics or travel teams.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
