Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Float to different clinics within the region, providing flexibility and support.
• Manage a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize clinic efficiency, with prior approval for overtime hours.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Physical Therapist license (PT).
• Ability to work Day shifts with 8-hour scheduled shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a float or multisite setting.
• Previous outpatient therapy role supporting a high-volume patient load.
