Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Support patient rehabilitation goals through personalized care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of medical documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with clinical equipment and therapy modalities.
