Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
