Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with a 5:1–6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform IV insertion and management, Foley catheter care, post-void residual (PVR) measurements, and bladder/bowel programs
• Conduct EKG monitoring and blood glucose checks as part of routine patient assessment
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Collaborate with charge nurses, CNAs, and the broader interdisciplinary rehabilitation team across night shift operations
• Complete facility-required rehabilitation-specific training and FIM certification upon hire

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of current Rehabilitation and/or Medical-Surgical acute care RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to complete FIM certification and facility-specific rehabilitation training upon hire

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior RN experience in a freestanding inpatient rehabilitation center
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential
