Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
