Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a short-term acute care facility designated as a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 in accordance with unit standards
• Float between units as needed, including ICU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical
• Work weekends as required to meet departmental needs (approximately 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)
• Adhere to facility dress code and all compliance requirements throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required; seasoned travel nursing experience strongly required (3+ years preferred)
• Cardiac and/or neurological nursing experience
• Trauma nursing experience
• General surgery nursing experience
• Must be willing to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability across units
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similarly complex acute care environment
• Comfort with floating to sister facilities within the same health system as needed
