Job Details

- MedSurg Registered Nurse - Florence, SC

  • Full-time, 4x12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients - Monitor and record patient vital signs and recovery progress - Administer medications, insulin, and IV therapy as prescribed - Respond to rapid response calls and assist with emergent situations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain detailed documentation in Epic electronic health record system - SC nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start date - BLS certification required - Minimum 2 years of RN experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, or similar units - Epic EHR experience

  • ACLS and NIHSS certifications are a plus
  • Experience floating between units or facilities
  • Ability to accommodate block schedule if approved
