Location: Hoover, AL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a varied patient population.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care across multiple locations.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, ensuring patient needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Obtain approval from the director before working any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist or PTA in the state of Alabama.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to float between clinics as needed within the team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Recent graduates or first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in multiple clinic environments is a plus.
