Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to optimize patient throughput.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure productivity expectations are met, with a target of 60 visits per week.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding overtime, with prior approval required for any additional hours worked.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Willingness to work days and accommodate local or travel status.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Experience with post-surgical patient care is a plus.
