Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within a 100% outpatient setting, with approximately 50% of the patient population being post-surgical
• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating post-surgical patients
• Comfort managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment
