Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to clients in a clinical or school setting
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a school or clinical setting
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and tools
