Part-Time, Direct Hire, Onsite, Rotating Variable Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on patients as requested by physicians or licensed providers for the purpose of diagnosing disease and injury
• Follow established imaging protocols under the supervision of a Radiologist
• Operate 3T and 1.5T GE MRI scanners safely and effectively
• Work with anesthesia patients during MRI procedures
• Screen and image patients with pacemakers and other implanted devices in accordance with safety protocols
• Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately one week per month

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital MRI experience
• Experience operating 3T and 1.5T GE MRI scanners
• Active certification as ARRT(MR), ARRT(R), or ARMRIT
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to meet on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience imaging patients under anesthesia
• Familiarity with MRI safety screening and imaging of patients with pacemakers and implanted devices
