Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time, rotating shifts, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Perform MRI procedures on patients as requested by physicians or licensed providers, following established protocols
• Operate 3T and 1.5T GE MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images
• Manage imaging for anesthesia patients, and patients with pacemakers or other implants
• Assist in the diagnosis and evaluation of disease and injury through high-quality imaging techniques
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely imaging

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of acute care hospital MRI experience
• Experience with 3T and 1.5T GE MRI scanners
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR or ARRT-R) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT)
• Experience working with anesthesia patients and patients with implants such as pacemakers

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
