Location: Bessemer, AL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to diverse patient populations in a outpatient setting.
• Float to other clinics as needed, covering multiple locations within the region.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle follow-up visits with double-booking to optimize clinic workflows.
• Ensure administrative and documentation requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible outpatient environment, including float assignments.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Prior travel therapy experience is preferred but not required.
