Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub a variety of surgical cases including robotic, GU, GYN, and general surgery procedures
• Maintain accurate surgical counts and properly handle and document specimens
• Take call on nights and weekends as required by the department
• Collaborate as an effective team member within the OR environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Operating Room experience required
• Proficiency in both scrubbing and circulating roles
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must hold a permanent Ohio RN license (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending at time of submission
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the OR specialty required; references must be from assignments within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• OR experience concentrated within a single facility is preferred, though not required
• Experience across multiple OR subspecialties including robotic-assisted surgery
