Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Float to other clinics as needed within the team.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits with possible double-booking.
• Work approximately 36 hours guaranteed per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours.
• Obtain prior approval from the director for any overtime hours.
• Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Flexibility to work in outpatient orthopedics and float coverage.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population is a plus.
