Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedics, TMJ/dizziness, and post-operative cases.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve patient outcomes and meet productivity standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time days, 8 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work in a busy outpatient environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with TMJ/dizziness management and post-operative care.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with efficiency.
