Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Gather pertinent data from patient charts and coordinate with other care providers, consulting with physicians as necessary
• Independently assess all assigned patient types across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Recognize additional patient needs during evaluation and exercise sound clinical judgment when requesting, scheduling, or performing additional testing
• Interpret assessment results and formulate relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable therapy goals
• Reassess patient progress regularly in accordance with department and regulatory policy, or as clinical need arises
• Identify appropriate equipment and discuss options with patients and their families

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in the state of Texas or compact licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required — American Heart Association (AHA) only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctorate-level degree (DPT or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings highly preferred
• Ability to manage a multi-site caseload effectively
