Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac needs in a 6-bed Medical ICU setting
• Care for pediatric patients with medical needs as required
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – compact or Tennessee state license required
• Minimum of 2 years of current ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• Epic EHR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented including where Epic was utilized
• Must pass Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience managing a diverse critical care patient population including medical, surgical, cardiac, and pediatric cases
