• Part-time, 30 hours/week, Dayshift, On-site

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy programs
• Document patient progress and update treatment records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapy protocols and home exercise plans

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facility settings
• Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
