Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled Physical Therapy Assistant services to home health patients in designated areas, including Dallas, Mesquite, Balch Springs, and Midlothian.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for home health care.
- Travel within specified areas to deliver services at patient locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in home health care as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Valid PTA license or certification.
- Ability to travel to different patient locations.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with home health documentation systems.
- Experience working across multiple locations within the Dallas area.
