• Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Support patients in regaining independence in daily activities and functional tasks

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment (preferred, but not required)
• Recent experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
• Must provide three references from the most recent employers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
