- Full-time, temporary (ASAP start), 30 hours/week, Days shifts, including 1 weekend day as part of regular schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions to assist patient recovery and improve mobility
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
- Ability to work 3 days per week, 8 hours per shift
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in SNF settings
- CPR and BLS certification
- Ability to work weekends as part of scheduled shifts
