Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility on night shifts
- Monitor and assess patient condition, documenting changes accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
- Assist with patient hygiene and comfort needs during overnight hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF setting preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts in a long-term care or SNF environment
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong documentation skills
