Job Title
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location
• Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days Shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to appropriate healthcare providers
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support resident well-being
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license for the state of New Mexico
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• CPR certification and relevant nursing credentials
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a SNF or LTC facility
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
