Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, 3 shifts per week, daytime hours, approximately 30 hours weekly, with potential for overtime or additional hours as needed, on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients.
• Support patient treatment plans through direct care and therapeutic activities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Follow all safety and clinical protocols during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Ability to work daytime shifts and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current therapeutic practices and documentation procedures.
