Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an 18-OR operating room environment
• Support a wide range of surgical procedures including cardiac, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, and robotic-assisted surgeries (DaVinci and Mako systems)
• Operate within a Level I Trauma Center setting, responding to high-acuity and emergent surgical cases
• Accurately document patient care activities using the Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated OR clinical skills applicable to a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical platforms (DaVinci and/or Mako)
• Background in trauma, cardiac, or neurosurgical OR settings
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
