Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely in accordance with facility protocols and competency requirements
• Complete required pre-start and annual facility modules within designated timeframes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission (Compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• No open licensing actions or background hits of any kind
• Two professional references from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the applicable specialty, from assignments worked within the past 12 months
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending at time of submission
• Must be able to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18+ months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience within a single facility location
• Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration competencies
