- Travel, Nights, 13-week assignment, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and antepartum patients.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using GE fetal monitors.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
- Support newborn care and postpartum recovery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume LDRP units.
- Experience with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and antepartum care.
