Schedule / Job Type
- 13-week assignment, 36 hours guaranteed per week, days shifts, 12-hour shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week), on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients at the veterans home.
- Assist in implementing treatment plans under licensed therapist supervision.
- Support the rehabilitation and functional independence of residents.
- Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Montana or eligible for license.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or veteran care setting preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and adherence to schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or veteran facilities.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy practices and protocols.
