Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care to urology, gynecology, orthopedic, medicine, surgical, trauma, ENT, and vascular patients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and documentation standards.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for patient documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver quality nursing care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and certification information.
• Adhere to hospital policies on no RTO (Request for Time Off) and ensure profile includes all required demographic and badge-appropriate photo.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse license (Nursys verification preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in relevant specialty areas.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with specialty units such as urology, gynecology, orthopedic, and trauma.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols and technologies.
