Key Responsibilities

• Provide subjective and objective assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting-specific modalities preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Must be able to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bethesda, MD.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with credentialing procedures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
