Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 Days per Week | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients in improving daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
• Adhere to all applicable regulatory, safety, and compliance standards during patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) license or certification in the state of Oregon, or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work full-time day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working as an OTA in a clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multidisciplinary care teams
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
