Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 depending on acuity
- Adapt to flexible scheduling needs including on-call shifts and every-other-weekend requirements
- Float to other units or nearby affiliate facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill set
- Document and chart all patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Participate in holiday coverage, committing to work a minimum of 3 out of 5 designated holidays
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (pending licensure considered at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
- Ability to float to other units and nearby affiliate facilities as needed
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with short-term acute care hospital environments
- Experience working in a teaching hospital setting
