Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week | On-call required approximately 7–8 days per month, every third weekend; weekends and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient cath lab setting
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
• Support skilled physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Respond to on-call assignments with a minimum 2-hour callback guarantee when called in
• Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• CLT (Cardiovascular Lab Technologist) or RT (Radiologic Technologist) credential with Cath Lab experience
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• IEMA Certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a busy, high-volume outpatient cath lab environment
• Familiarity with equipment and workflows comparable to larger teaching hospital settings
