Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a primarily Medical Surgical population on a telemetry-capable unit
• Care for patients with respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, diabetes (including new diabetics and complication-related cases), surgical and surgical observation patients, and palliative, end-of-life, and hospice patients
• Monitor and care for psychiatric observation patients as assigned
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to other facility campuses within the health system as needed
• Adhere to a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts permitted; study materials not provided)
• EPIC electronic health records experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted); current driver's license required to confirm address

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience as a Charge RN
• Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers are welcome to apply)
