Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: 07/06/2026
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, including circulating on open-heart cases
- Assist with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) procedures and other cardiovascular surgical cases
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in a 13-bed OR suite
- Document accurately using Meditech EMR
- Fulfill on-call requirements of 2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience
- Demonstrated ability to circulate on open-heart/cardiac surgery cases (hard stop requirement)
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR
- Ability to meet on-call obligations as outlined by the unit
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience circulating on a high volume of open-heart cases
- Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR setting
