Contract | Days | 3x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:00) | Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling options available)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient physical therapy services at a critical access hospital setting
- Float between units based on census and facility need
- Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:5–10
- Adapt schedule based on hospital census, with potential for modified weekly schedules (e.g., Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
- May be required to float to nearby sister facilities based on operational need and therapist qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license (required at time of submission)
- Acute care physical therapy experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within a Monday–Friday framework
- Willingness to float to nearby facilities as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a critical access or small hospital environment
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
- Prior travel therapy experience
