Key Responsibilities

• Manage an outpatient caseload of approximately 50 visits per week across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Conduct one-hour, one-on-one evaluations with approximately 10 evaluations per week
• Provide treatment for a broad range of orthopedic and geriatric conditions including total joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, disc herniations, ACL tears, and more
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by an AI-assisted documentation scribe
• Collaborate with onsite support staff including a PTA and Patient Experience Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• New graduates will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
• Experience with post-operative care including joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs
