Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Maintain safe and effective patient ratios within a 20-bed Emergency Department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on Emergency Department RN experience
• Ability to work full-time night shifts
• Competency in caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a community-based hospital or similarly sized facility
• Familiarity with a broad range of emergency presentations across multiple patient populations
